Alyssa Radmore Collard is a dedicated Assistant Property Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional property management services and creating positive experiences for both property owners and tenants. Having progressed through reception, sales administration, and into property management, Alyssa has developed a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry and the day-to-day needs of investment property management. 

In her role, Alyssa manages a wide range of property management responsibilities, including responding to tenant and owner enquiries, coordinating and conducting routine and final inspections, overseeing vacate processes, assisting with new managements, liaising with Water Corporation, and supporting the smooth operation of every property under her care. Her proactive approach and attention to detail ensure clients receive efficient, reliable, and professional service. 

Alyssa believes that clear communication is the foundation of successful property management. She is committed to keeping clients informed throughout every stage of the process, providing practical solutions, and ensuring landlords and tenants feel supported and confident that their property is in capable hands. Known for being approachable, helpful, and quick to resolve issues, she takes pride in making property management as seamless and stress-free as possible. 

Beginning her real estate career at just 19 years of age, Alyssa worked her way from reception into sales administration before obtaining her registration and progressing into her current role as an Assistant Property Manager. Her dedication to learning and continuous professional development reflects her commitment to delivering the highest level of service. 

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys reading and exploring local markets, where she loves discovering unique finds and supporting local businesses.
