Fran Scharl is a dedicated Property Manager with an international background in real estate, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to residential property management. Originally from Germany, Fran relocated to Australia in 2021 and completed her Australian real estate registration, allowing her to continue the career she is passionate about while delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants. 

Holding a Bachelor of Arts in International Real Estate Management, Fran combines strong academic knowledge with hands-on industry experience gained as a Commercial Property Manager in Germany. Her diverse background enables her to approach property management with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of best practices across different markets. 

Fran is committed to protecting and enhancing the value of her clients' investment properties by providing practical, cost-effective solutions while ensuring full compliance with current tenancy legislation. She believes that proactive communication, efficient property management, and a client-focused approach are key to achieving positive long-term outcomes for both landlords and tenants.

Outside of work, Fran enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering at Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Conservation Centre. She also enjoys practising yoga, finding balance through an active lifestyle and spending time supporting wildlife conservation.
