Meet Mia – The Friendly Face of Professionals Byford

As the receptionist at Professionals Byford, Mia is the first friendly voice you’ll hear on the phone and the warm smile that greets you at the door. While she’s new to the world of real estate, Mia has embraced the role with open arms and a positive, can-do attitude – quickly becoming a valued member of the team.

With a lifelong background working with horses and competing since the age of four, Mia understands the meaning of dedication, discipline, and connection. Though she loved her time working in the equestrian world, she felt drawn to real estate for its variety, growth opportunities, and the chance to connect with people every day. Since making the career switch, she’s loved every second.

In her role, Mia supports both the sales and property management teams, manages front desk responsibilities, and ensures every client who contacts or visits the office feels welcome and supported. Whether it’s a quick call or a face-to-face chat, Mia’s kindness, professionalism, and approachable nature shine through in every interaction.

Outside of work, Mia’s life is filled with animals and outdoor adventures. She has five horses—one of which she’s had since she was eight years old—and a six-month-old Chihuahua puppy. When she’s not at the office or the stables, she enjoys spending time with her family and being active in the local community, having played netball for years in both Byford and Mundijong.

Mia’s goal is simple: to help clients feel at ease the moment they walk through the door. Her friendly energy, love for people, and commitment to doing her best in everything she does make her a key part of the welcoming, client-focused culture at Professionals Byford.
