She supports the day-to-day management of investment properties, working closely with clients and colleagues to provide a seamless property management experience and achieve the best possible outcomes. 

With extensive knowledge of property management and customer service, Natalie is known for her approachable nature, reliability, and willingness to help. Affectionately regarded as the "office mum" by her colleagues, she enjoys supporting both her team and clients by offering guidance, practical solutions, and a friendly smile. Her genuine care for people, combined with her professionalism and strong work ethic, has made her a trusted and valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Natalie loves travelling — especially cruising — as well as spending time at the beach, boating, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
