Managing these properties allowed me to refine my ability to handle complex needs, deliver results under pressure, and ensure that every aspect of the management process met the highest standards.
I was able to then gain further experience as an Operations Manager for a Real Estate company in Brisbane of over 18 offices. I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining consistent service excellence across all locations. This role enhanced my organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills while also expanding my ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
