It is often said that the only source of 'real' knowledge is experience. Experience is vital as a professional, however, experiences also connect people on a personal level. As a mature and experienced professional, I value not only engaging with my clients professionally, but authentically and genuinely on a personal level as well.
I was born on a small island off of the coast of the Indian Ocean, Mauritius, and immigrated to Australia with my family at approximately 11 years old. We have a large family, and whilst the experience of moving to beautiful Australia was mostly positive, it came with the usual challenges of a different culture and language. Our family was French speaking, and an amalgamation of many different cultures and backgrounds, which has positively influenced my ability to connect with, and understand, people from various backgrounds and lifestyles.
Passion is the foundation of all that I seek to do. I am naturally extroverted, and thrive off of the company of others. One of the perks of my job in Real Estate is the authentic relationships that it has allowed me to pursue and nurture. To me, Real Estate is more than just the physical sale of the property. I value the people behind the property, the people I represent, and the needs, dreams and values that underpin the reasons behind the sale. The agent-client relationship is unique, the sale or purchase of a property is sophisticated, complex, and often deeply personal, and I strive to make the entire process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. I pride myself on my attention to detail, flexible availability, and customer service experience and skills, all of which combine to ensure effective communication, compassion and understanding, and smooth transitions through whichever phases arise next.
As a local to the Ellenbrook/Aveley area since 1997, I am familiar with the local area, the requirements for sale or purchase, and those often overlooked details that can have a significant effect on the final sale price of a property. I am well-regarded in the area and have built deep connections throughout the real-estate community, building my business and reputation through repeat clients, as well as referrals to family and friends.
