Starting in the real estate industry in 2016, Nandini had the opportunity to learn every aspect of property management and prove her ability to be an excellent people person.

Over the last 6 years, she has worked on a large number of rental properties in Parramatta and Western Sydney suburbs & is extremely familiar with the local market and properties, which provides her with exceptional ability to make informed recommendations to her clients. Nandini prides herself on standing in her Landlord's shoes and embraces her role as a property manager as if their properties were her own.

She builds strong investor relationships, provides prompt follow up communication, proactively works on tenant reports and manages her properties to an excellent standard, which is really seen in the feedback from her past clients. The added advantage of speaking fluent Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu allows her to easily translate the often complex situations to Tenants & Landlords.
